Non Payment - What happens if I don't pay an invoice in a timely manner?

Solution

We trust our customers to make full and on time payments following receiving an invoice from us, however if we discover an invoice is outstanding we will disable service without warning until payment is received in full.

Open a support desk ticket if you have any billing queries.
